- 1 ripe avocado

- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:
- Prepare the Burrito Filling:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegan protein slices and sauté for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle in smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the protein evenly.
- Add diced red onion, bell pepper, and corn. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
- Make the Avocado Cilantro Sauce:
