5 oz pepperoni, cubed
5 oz provolone cheese, cubed
5 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 cups tomatoes, cubed (used whole cherry tomatoes)
1/4 cup pepperochinis (did not use)
1/4 cup black olives, halved (did not use)
1 medium red pepper, chopped (used mini sweet peppers)
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
Dressing:
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
6 Tbsp Swerve confectioners replacement
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup fresh basil, minced (I believe this is a typo as this is ALOT)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
