For the fish:

  • 2 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, haddock, or swai)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp almond flour or crushed pork rinds (optional for extra crisp)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  2. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil or melted butter on both sides.
