Ingredients
For the Chicken & Broccoli:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Tortellini:
1 package (about 9 oz) tortellini (cheese or spinach-filled)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking tortellini)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions (usually about 3–4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
While the tortellini cooks, you can prepare the chicken and broccoli.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken & Broccoli
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 6–8 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
