Blackened Salmon Stuffed with Spinach & Parmesan (Air Fryer Friendly!)

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
- Prep the Salmon
Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through. Pat dry with paper towels. - Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix chopped spinach and Parmesan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. - Stuff the Fillets
Spoon the spinach-Parmesan mixture into each salmon pocket. Donβt overstuff β a little goes a long way! - Season the Outside
Brush each fillet with olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. - Air Fry
Preheat your air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Place salmon fillets in the basket (donβt overcrowd).
Cook for 10β12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the top is nicely blackened. - Serve
Plate with a lemon wedge and your favorite side dish (think roasted veggies or a light salad).
