Ingredients (Makes 6–8 patties)
1 lb ground chicken breast (or finely chopped cooked chicken)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
2 tbsp almond flour (optional, for a firmer texture)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, eggs, sour cream (or yogurt), parsley, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
If the mixture feels too wet, add almond flour for better texture.
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small patties (about ½ inch thick).
Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
Serve & Enjoy
