Air Fryer Cajun Flounder

Light, flaky, and bursting with flavor – ready in under 10 minutes!


Ingredients:

✅ 4 flounder fillets (about 4 oz each)
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅ 1 tsp smoked paprika
✅ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
✅ 1/2 tsp onion powder
✅ 1/2 tsp salt
✅ 1/4 tsp black pepper
✅ Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
✅ Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry flounder fillets and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Mix spices in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over both sides of the fillets.
  4. Air fry for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and flaky.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges! 🍋
